To use the full journal features of ConvictionLog, you must create an account with a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters.

Any conviction logs, reflections, or other content you create on ConvictionLog remains yours. You retain full ownership of your data.
By using the platform, you grant ConvictionLog a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will never sell, share, or publish your personal investment data.
We aim to keep ConvictionLog available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at zoratejoseph@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your account data including all conviction logs and reflections will be permanently removed from our systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, ConvictionLog shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any investment decisions made based on tools or content available on the platform.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
